Refund policy
Change of mind Policy.
- If you change your mind or make a wrong selection, you may be entitled to a refund if you return your items within 30 days of purchase.
- If you return any item that is not the adidas product which you originally ordered, please note that we will not issue you a refund for that product. We do not guarantee that your items will be returned to you. If we are able to arrange a return delivery, your items will be sent back to you at your own cost. We are not responsible and cannot be held liable for any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) to your items under any circumstances.
- Our Change of Mind Returns policy applies in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Products must be in original condition and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- For hygiene reasons, there is NO refund on facemasks, swimwear, hats, socks, caps, undergarments, drink bottles and goggles unless they are faulty or not fit for purposes.
- Shipping fee is non-refundable.
- If purchasing with AfterPay, you will be bound by AfterPay’s T&C’s.
Online purchases can only be returned via Australia Post. Unfortunately, we cannot accept online purchases to be returned to our retail stores, and vice versa.

What is your returns period
Not the right size or colour? No problem, we offer free and easy returns within 30 days of purchase
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed from the date received by our Warehouse.
If a return is from an order purchased is older than 30 days, Decayed Mind cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund under our change of mind returns policy. However, this does not affect your rights under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
To avoid any potential delay, please ensure
A.) correct order number and mention product name in comments
B.) pack the correct item
C.) return goods in their original packaging.
• For purchases from 20th Nov until 24th Dec 2023 we are happy to allow returns until 22nd Jan 2024. Products must be in original condition and accompanied by a receipt of proof of purchase.
• *For hygiene reasons, there is NO exchange or refund on swimwear, hats, socks, caps, undergarments, drink bottles and face masks unless deemed faulty or not fit for intended purposes.
• Our change of mind returns policy applies in addition to, and does not affect your rights under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

When will I get my refund?
We aim to process your Returns and Refunds within 28 days.
Our quality assurance team inspects all returned products to confirm whether they meet the requirements of our return policy. This process might take up to 7 business days, from the date your return arrives at our warehouse, to be completed. This may vary during peak sales periods.
After that, it might take 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed to the original payment method. Some banks and credit card providers may take a bit longer to apply the credit to your account.
Please note:
- If your return came to us in multiple packages, you may receive partial refunds at different times. Please allow up to 28 days for your full refund to be completed.
- If a returned item was part of a bundle promotion (e.g. '2 for 1', 'buy 1 and get 2nd for 50%', 'spend & save', etc.) or paid with a voucher, the item will be refunded at the discounted price or at the percentage price as calculated by Decayed Mind, and not the original full price.
- Shipping fee is non-refundable. However, we offer free shipping for all adiclub members’ orders and orders exceeding a value of $120.
- Refund is always issued to the original payment method. This also applies to gift cards, such as Visa or MasterCard pre-paid. If you no longer have the card, please contact the provider to retrieve your fund.
- To avoid potential delay, make sure you contact us Via Email first so we can assist you in all aspects of returns and refunds.
- If your return contains wrongly delivered, faulty or damaged products, please contact our Customer Service team Via Email at decayedmindclothing@outlook.com for assistance before sending your item back to us.
